Return and refund policy

We accept eligible returns initiated within ninety (90) days of the date of delivery (the “Return Window”), subject to the limitations set forth below.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Three-Month Supply)

90-DAY Money Back Guarantee on the first three-month supply. This 90-day money-back guarantee constitutes the customer’s one (1) permitted return under our Lifetime Return Limit.

Lifetime Return Limit

Each customer is eligible for one (1) return total during the lifetime of the customer relationship, regardless of the number of orders placed or products purchased. Once a customer has utilized their one eligible return, no further returns will be accepted, even if subsequent purchases fall within the Return Window.

For purposes of this policy, a “customer” may be identified using one or more data points, including but not limited to name, email address, billing or shipping address, payment method, account, or other identifiers. We reserve the right to aggregate accounts or transactions reasonably believed to belong to the same individual to prevent abuse, fraud, or circumvention of this policy.

Eligibility (Hybrid Model — One Opened Unit Allowed)

To qualify under the 90-day money-back guarantee within the Return Window, we allow up to one (1) unit from the initial qualifying order to be opened. Any additional units from that order must be unused, unopened, unaltered, and have the original seal intact to be eligible for refund.

If more than one (1) unit is opened, the return may be denied to the extent permitted by law (except for defective/damaged/materially nonconforming items or incorrect fulfillment as described below).

Refund proration (opened units)

Opened units are always pro-rated. Refund amounts for opened units are calculated on a pro-rated basis, based on the proportion of product used, as reasonably determined by us, and will not equal the full per-unit purchase price. Unopened, eligible units returned in qualifying condition are refunded based on their per-unit purchase price (subject to the processing fee rules below and any applicable adjustments described in your return authorization).

Return Authorization Required

Returns must be pre-authorized by us. Unauthorized returns may be refused and/or returned to sender to the extent permitted by law.

Refund Amounts and Processing Fee

Approved refunds are calculated based on the eligible returned units and the pro-rated treatment of any opened unit(s) as described above.

You will receive a refund, less a 10% processing fee. The processing fee does not apply to returns involving products that are damaged, defective, materially nonconforming, or incorrectly fulfilled.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns requested after the Return Window, or in excess of the Lifetime Return Limit, may be refused to the extent permitted by law.

Shipping, Return Address, and Tracking

Unless otherwise agreed to, all return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Exclusions (Not Subject to Lifetime Limit)

The lifetime return limit does not apply to:

  • Products that are damaged, defective, or materially nonconforming,
  • Items that were incorrectly fulfilled, or
  • Any return, refund, or replacement required under applicable law.

Such matters will be addressed in accordance with our legal obligations.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to refuse returns, limit return privileges, or take appropriate action in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or policy circumvention, to the extent permitted by law.

About Autoshipments

We do not accept returns for autoshipments more than 90 days old. Autoship orders are subject to the same Lifetime Return Limit. If you are on an autoship program and wish to discontinue your autoshipments, simply Call Or Contact us online here no less than seven (7) days in advance of your next shipment so that we may cancel future shipments before they process.

Orders that have already processed or shipped are subject to this Return Policy and are not cancellable.

About Items Returned By USPS

Please ensure that your "Ship To" address is correct and accurate during checkout.

If, for any reason, items are returned and marked by USPS as "Undeliverable" or "Return To Sender," then we will attempt to contact the customer via phone or email to resolve any addressing issues. If we are unable to resolve the issue, the order may be treated as delivered and non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
